Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before booking any trip with Unlocked Journey. By making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Booking & Payments
To secure a spot on any Unlocked Journey expedition, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
- Prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise stated.
2. Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation fees are calculated as follows:

|---|---|
| More than 60 days before trip | Full refund (minus deposit) |
| 30 - 60 days before trip | 50% of trip cost refunded |
| Less than 30 days before trip | No refund |
3. Liability & Safety
Unlocked Journey acts as an agent for transport companies and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by third-party operators.
